Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and rm99b ("Platform", "we", "company"). This document applies to all users who access, register, or use the services provided under the rm99b domain.

User Eligibility

rm99b services are only open to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting as an agent, representative, or on the instruction of any third party without clear disclosure.

rm99b reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as an identity card (MyKad) or passport to verify user eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted one registered account at rm99b. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email, or payment information is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated.

• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action, unless you report unauthorised access to us immediately.
• rm99b is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login information.
• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another party is prohibited.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Deposits and Payment Methods

rm99b accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount for each transaction is RM10 regardless of the chosen method.
• All deposits must originate from an account registered in the same user's name.
• rm99b does not accept deposits from third parties or unidentifiable sources.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activity on the rm99b platform.
• rm99b does not charge any processing fees on deposits, although third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from an rm99b account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals will be processed and credited to the user's account within one hour of successful verification.
• Users must verify their identity before the first withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account that has been verified in the user's name.
• rm99b reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for security review if there is suspicious activity on the account.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Any dispute relating to a withdrawal must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered except in exceptional circumstances.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by rm99b are subject to specific terms stated at the time the promotion is announced. The general terms in effect are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus up to a maximum of RM1,000 on your first deposit. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus funds is allowed. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 — the wagering requirement is RM2,000 (i.e. RM100 × 20).
• VIP Programme: VIP members are categorised into three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Progression to a higher tier depends on continued wagering activity.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• rm99b reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or manipulation of the promotional system is proven.
• Any attempt at bonus arbitrage using multiple accounts or unfair methods will result in account termination.

Responsible Gambling and Prohibitions

rm99b is committed to responsible gambling practices. All users are required to follow these guidelines when using the platform:

• Only bet with money you can afford to lose.
• The use of automation software, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage is not permitted.
• Any form of collusion, conspiracy, or fraud between players is strictly prohibited.
• Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your geographic location while using the platform is prohibited.

• The domain name, rm99b logo, and related trademarks are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

rm99b provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• rm99b is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from temporary technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond rm99b's control are not covered by the platform.
• rm99b's maximum liability to any user will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

rm99b reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any provision in this document at any time without prior notice. Any changes that take effect will be enforced immediately upon publication on this page, together with an updated date.

Account Termination and Suspension

rm99b reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Submission of false or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or attempts to manipulate games.
